• Use the service to process content you don't have rights to use
• Attempt to interfere with the service's operation
• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Abuse the conversion feature or voting system

Payment and Refunds

Payments for priority voting are processed through Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

CreatorScale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
